Yes, Rania Zara Studio ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the parcel.
Can I request custom measurements for an outfit?
Absolutely. We offer a 'Made to Measure' service for most of our formal and bridal collections. You can provide your measurements via our online form or book a virtual consultation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the delicate nature of our designer wear, we only accept returns on ready-to-wear items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and tags are attached. Custom orders are final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Are the colors of the outfits accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to professional lighting and different screen resolutions, slight color variations may occur.
